Directions from university west entrance:
Straight on through Broadgate, left down the one-way system of Humber Road. Turn right onto Queens Road and turn left at the Queens. Number 8 is a short way down, on the right-hand side.General:
There is a short drive leading to a carport and double-length garage on the side of the house. There is also rear access to the house via a service road.
Large windows in most rooms allow plenty of light into this house, good for reading and ideal for artists. All windows are double-glazed apart from those opening into the conservatory.
